We turn to Revelation 2:18;
‘“And to the angel of the church in Thyatira write, ‘These things says the Son of God, who has eyes like a flame of fire, and His feet like fine brass: ‘

Ecc 5:8 -The author of book of Ecc tells us that it is good that we are able to enjoy our labour which God has given.

In the morning we talked about how David from mourning became dancing, and from dancing became mourning. This reminds us that whether in times of adversity or prosperity, we must be alert. This afternoon we shall use the book of Esther for our mutual learning.

We turn to Psalm 30:11;

Sometimes when we read the stories in the Bible, some things God tells the people to do may seem beyond human reason. At that time, the saints of old followed the instructions of God just because it was God who told them to do it.
